Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the shift team and work closely with site management to achieve company objectives, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • •Supervise efficient and accurate order picking and dispatch, ensuring packaging SLAs and quality assurance are met.
  • •Ensure compliance with company SOPs through supervision and coaching, including H&S checks and adherence to policies.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts, stock rotation, replenishment, temperature compliance, and daily claims where appropriate.
  • •Communicate professionally with Deliveroo riders and stakeholders, maintaining a cooperative working environment and standards for site cleanliness and merchandising.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a similar environment (FMCG, retail, warehouse, last mile) is preferred but not essential.
  • •Proven leadership capability, including training other associates and running shifts independently.
  • •Ability to consistently hit KPI targets (e.g., pick times) and maintain attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
  • •Detail-oriented hands-on approach with strong inventory management and stock accuracy focus.
  • •Good communication skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
