Key Responsibilities

  • •Support U.S. Supply Chain savings commitments and drive finance transformation across the Supply Chain Finance group.
  • •Lead budget, forecast, and results processes while creating and implementing optimal processes and tools.
  • •Initiate analytical projects to identify savings opportunities; prepare standard and ad-hoc analysis with insights on business gaps and benchmarks.
  • •Manage reporting cadence and support accurate P&L and financial presentations, including consolidated financials, flash reports, and other decision-support reports.
  • •Lead Monthly Performance Review preparation/aggregation and the Annual Operating Plan budgeting, Strategic Plan, and Impairment Analysis; manage deferral model and represent Finance in business unit meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience in a complex environment with escalating responsibility.
  • •Strong technical and systems orientation, including experience with Hyperion/FiT and SAP (desired).
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills; ability to coach and help prioritize.
