Director, FP&A

Lead planning and performance reporting across forecast, annual operating plan, and prior-year results, ensuring timely, accurate variance analysis and budget/target preparation. Partner with finance functions including Financial Systems, Accounting, Marketing, and Pricing to align systems and streamline forecasting and planning. Provide analytical support for special projects, develop executive-ready analytics and presentations, and drive transformation initiatives, operational improvements, cost reductions, and change management while leading and hiring diverse teams.
