Join the Unity Ads Dashboards team to build and own backend systems, APIs, and data models that power complex, data-intensive, multi-dimensional game publisher dashboards. You’ll deliver end-to-end features from requirements to production, modernize legacy systems, and ensure data consistency across downstream services. Lead technical direction through design reviews and architecture standards while partnering with Product and Design to turn complex workflows into fast, reliable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data models that power complex, multi-dimensional dashboard experiences for game publishers.
•Own features end-to-end from requirements through production, including backend integrations, data pipelines, and the frontend surfaces that present them.
•Work across multiple systems by integrating with existing/legacy services and ensuring downstream data consistency.
•Drive modernization efforts by balancing new development with ongoing support and migration of legacy systems.
•Lead technical direction through design reviews and architecture decisions, setting high standards for backend and frontend quality.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing and building production-grade backend services, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and data models (primarily Node.js).
•Experience taking complex features end-to-end from requirements through production across both backend systems and frontend surfaces, across multiple systems in parallel.
•Experience driving architectural decisions, setting standards, and shaping the technical direction of a team or product area.
•Proficiency in TypeScript and React, including component design, state management, performance, and maintainability.
•Solid engineering fundamentals including testing, code reviews, accessibility, and maintaining reliable, maintainable systems.
