Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the monthly roll-up into the corporate model, pulling actuals and forecasts from Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A to produce a company P&L.
  • •Build and maintain the monthly reporting package (actuals vs. budget/forecast, variance commentary, KPI tracking) and support the quarterly board deck.
  • •Partner with G&A cost-center owners to own G&A budgets, forecasts, headcount, and vendor spend, including monthly variance reviews.
  • •Own and maintain the corporate model as the single integration point, ensuring accurate, documented, and scalable mappings from source systems and functional inputs.
  • •Reduce reliance on spreadsheets by partnering with Data and Accounting for repeatable, auditable data pulls from BigQuery/dbt, and support CFO ad hoc analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, including experience owning or building a corporate/consolidated model rolling up multiple functions or business units.
  • •Strong understanding of building a company P&L bottoms-up and reconciling inputs to actuals.
  • •Expert Excel/Sheets modeling skills, including SUMIFS, array formulas, and maintainable model architecture.
  • •Comfort working directly with data, including SQL against a warehouse or the ability to learn quickly.
  • •Hands-on experience with a modern ERP for sourcing actuals.
