Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end financial transactions, including accurate client invoicing and vendor purchase order management.
  • •Validate intercompany agreements and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with internal controls and Delegation of Authority (DoA).
  • •Lead annual budget development and monthly re-forecasting, using financial tools to improve forecasting accuracy and contract profitability reporting.
  • •Consolidate contract-level performance data, maintain KPI reporting, and deliver variance analysis with actionable insights for leadership.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by reviewing and challenging financial assumptions and driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CMA, or similar professional qualification highly preferred.
  • •6+ years of relevant experience in financial management, controllership, or FP&A in complex environments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and SOX governance.
  • •Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., D365, Peoplesoft, Ariba, OneStream) is a significant advantage.
  • •Leadership and people management skills, including experience developing and motivating teams.
