Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead inventory control activities including cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and inventory audits.

  • •Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes of shrink, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Partner with Finance and Accounting to support inventory governance, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.

  • •5+ years of inventory control, inventory management, or fulfillment/distribution/warehouse operations experience, including leading teams and driving performance via inventory and throughput KPIs.

  • •Strong analytical skills using Excel, Looker, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory reporting tools.
