Key Responsibilities

  • •Support headcount planning (annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly actuals) for assigned cost centers.
  • •Consolidate and validate headcount data from Workday and Adaptive to ensure consistency prior to publication.
  • •Prepare monthly budget vs. actual (BvA) reports by cost center using NetSuite and Adaptive.
  • •Support the Annual Operating Plan by consolidating headcount and expense assumptions into the Adaptive planning model.
  • •Draft variance analysis and root-cause commentary, and execute reconciliations across Workday, Adaptive, and NetSuite.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in FP&A, controllership, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
  • •Experience supporting headcount planning and/or budget vs. actual (BvA) processes.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data models).
  • •Experience with, or willingness to learn, Workday, Adaptive Planning, and NetSuite.
