Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep automated distribution operations flowing by operating automated equipment and controlling processes from a computer.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment faults and losses, including resolving ALPS issues (e.g., twisted pallets, conveyor resets, crane errors) or recovering/cleaning AGVs when errors occur.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment stays in base/ready condition for the department.
  • •Maintain accurate records and data for operations and performance goals.
  • •Work within a technician work team to meet performance and quality expectations, including willingness to work required shifts.
