Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations (in person and over the phone) to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Open and expand personal and business accounts and deposit products, including lending and certificates of deposit, aligned to client needs.
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while using tools like system-generated lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Build partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners, managing internal and external centers of influence to acquire and deepen relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including accurate documentation of client interactions and support branch operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources, with sales experience prioritized over financial services experience.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (including partnerships such as Key Investment Services and Mortgage and Business Banking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
