Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, process, and request manufacturing information using computer-generated data reports for the assigned area.
  • •Schedule production units and coordinate material and MIs between areas to meet ship dates.
  • •Manage the flow of jobs through the production process and into shipping, including updating master schedule/turn backs/AS400.
  • •Review and update status of orders and materials with manufacturing supervisors, material control, and customer service; attend tier meetings.
  • •Problem-solve manufacturing information issues, process surplus/rejected/defective material, and perform end-of-day 5S tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
  • •Computer experience, including competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without company sponsorship.
  • •Only candidates residing within 50 miles of Sumter will be considered for this position.
