Job Summary

Own full life-cycle recruiting for designated China client groups, focusing on complex engineering and commercial roles up to Director level. Based in Suzhou or Shanghai, you’ll deliver against recruiting goals, partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, and build sourcing strategies for senior searches. Drive ATS and Workday data integrity, manage 3rd-party recruiting suppliers, and support regional TA projects and EVP plus/WeChat rollout.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently deliver end-to-end recruiting for China-based complex engineering and commercial roles up to Director level.
•Design and execute sourcing strategies for complex and senior roles, and build pipelines by proactively approaching top talent across industries.
•Partner with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and guidance on interviewing and recruitment processes.
•Ensure Workday is updated and candidates are correctly processed through the system as required.
•Engage third-party suppliers when needed, support local/regional TA projects, and contribute to EVP plus rollout and WeChat implementation/promotions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with substantial in-country recruitment experience specifically in China.
•6+ years of highly productive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including candidate generation in a complex, competitive market.
•5+ years advising and influencing senior leadership, including guiding executive leaders through global search processes.
•6+ years recruiting senior candidates into engineering, commercial, and corporate roles (in-house or executive-level search partner experience).
•Strong project management skills and ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies, with disciplined ATS use and data integrity (Workday desirable).
