Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, log, sort, and process incoming non-production mail, parcels, and freight deliveries from major carriers.
  • •Deliver packages, mail, and office supplies to designated departments, drop zones, and team members across multiple buildings.
  • •Assist with outbound mail by packing, labeling, weighing, selecting carriers, and preparing customs documentation.
  • •Maintain an organized, secure, and fully stocked mailroom by tracking supplies and reordering proactively.
  • •Notify recipients of high-priority, fragile, or time-sensitive deliveries using Slack, email, or ticketing systems and collaborate with Workplace/Security on process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3+ years experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom operations, corporate facilities, or warehouse logistics in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Working knowledge of logistics and office tools, including FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, DHL shipping platforms, and Oracle (inventory/ERP).
  • •Comfort using Slack, Jira, and general computer/tablet hardware for internal coordination and tracking.
  • •Strong data entry with high attention to detail when logging and tracking mailroom and inventory items.
