Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and replacing belts as needed.
  • •Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and repair quickly to reduce downtime.
  • •Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts; order and install replacement parts.
  • •Maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies through cleaning, organizing, inventorying, and stocking.
  • •Coordinate maintenance schedules and collaborate with department leaders on new products, modifications, tests, and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanically inclined with relevant experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • •Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose problems.
  • •Ability to record work records in appropriate programs and demonstrate good computer literacy.
  • •Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate in a related field is preferred and ability to pass internal testing is required.
