Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-lead the global rollout and scale-up of the Deal Performance Tracking (DPT) platform.
  • •Integrate DPT into the end-to-end deal process by partnering with regional teams.
  • •Prioritize DPT enhancements by defining requirements and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver scalable reporting and insights.
  • •Support user acceptance testing, validation, and release readiness to ensure solutions meet business needs at scale.
  • •Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI to automate insights and improve analytics user experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or modeling.
  • •Strong product management mindset translating business requirements into delivered data and analytics solutions.
  • •Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts for business analytics.
  • •Knowledge of data tools/languages such as Python and SQL, and tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
