Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. Develop and coach a team, reinforce core values, and help build an integrated book of business through Financial Needs Assessments and proactive ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA onboarding and roadmap from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification
•Provide a memorable customer experience while deepening Consumer and Small Business relationships
•Build and maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team
•Use a consultative sales approach to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
•Assist with supervisory responsibilities including providing constructive feedback, developing employees, recognizing accomplishments, and supporting team leadership

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities successfully
•S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment
