Key Responsibilities

  • •Weld structural steel platework associated with tank construction and maintenance activities.
  • •Work to strict quality and safety standards throughout the project.
  • •Deliver high-quality work in a safety-focused environment alongside a skilled welding team.
  • •Complete welding activities using the MMA welding process to relevant EN and ASME standards.
  • •Participate in the weld test as part of the selection process.

Key Requirements

  • •NVQ Level 3 in Welding, Fabrication & Welding or an equivalent recognised apprenticeship qualification.
  • •Proven experience welding structural steel platework within heavy industrial environments.
  • •Previous experience working on tankage projects is highly advantageous.
  • •Ability to demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, and procedural compliance.
  • •Ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver work to high standards.
