•Lead end-to-end S/4HANA finance transformation to enable real-time margin visibility across business units and revenue portfolios.
•Direct cross-functional teams to design and deploy product costing and margin analysis architecture and standardize global costing and profitability templates.
•Implement material ledger with actual costing and optimize standard costing models using BOM, routing, and overhead structures.
•Migrate costing-based CO-PA to account-based margin analysis and architect CO-PA derivation logic and value flows in real time.
•Build executive dashboards using SAP Fiori and EDW, establish governance and controls, and drive business adoption of new margin and costing analytics tools.
