Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in supported projects and programmes.
  • •Monitor, forecast, and report project costs to completion in line with budget, including proactive management of cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • •Administer contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of deliverables, KPIs, and objectives including cost control and value engineering.
  • •Manage contract change, drive improvements to forecast and budgets, support stakeholders with commercial knowledge, and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership (or equivalent).
  • •Previous experience or sound understanding of cost management and commercial disciplines such as valuation, risk management, procurement, estimating, pricing, and reporting.
  • •Experience with contract management, ideally NEC3 (Option C preferred).
  • •Comfortable with change management and control, and sharing best practice/efficiencies across the project lifecycle.
