Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and evolve the partner program architecture, moving from volume-based metrics to a value-added system rewarding certifications, lead-gen, and technical mastery.
  • •Collaborate with Enablement, Engineering, and Services to create technical and sales onboarding paths, service creation, and certification tracks.
  • •Design and manage referral fees, MDFs, and performance-based rebates aligned with strategic goals.
  • •Own the PRM platform and automate value tracking, deal registration, and tier advancement for a self-service partner experience.
  • •Partner with Product Marketing to produce Partner-in-a-Box kits and articulate the technical value proposition to clients.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Channel/Partner Program Management within a SaaS vendor
  • •Experience with Developer Tools space (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Security, or Data) is a plus
  • •Comfort navigating internal stakeholders to guarantee company-wide participation in the program
  • •Operational mindset with experience building or managing value-based loyalty/incentive systems
  • •Proficiency with Salesforce and PRM tools (e.g., Impartner, Allbound)
