Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across control operations and conduct risk assessments
  • •Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of control systems, providing expert support for complex operational issues
  • •Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis, and execution of expansion projects for site growth
  • •Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades and provide engineering oversight during design and construction
  • •Mentor and develop control engineers and technicians, lead post-incident reviews, and drive corrective and preventive actions

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/Bachelor’s/advanced degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • •Experience with instrumentation and control systems design, maintenance, and operations in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments
  • •Certification on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
  • •Knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and installation work for PLC, instrumentation, toxic gas monitoring, and SCADA
  • •Knowledge and application of problem-solving and data analysis methodology (statistical process control/DOE/FMEA are advantageous)
