Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day operations in accordance with SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work environment and ensure compliance with company and federal regulations (Safety, OSHA, HazMat, DOT).
  • •Plan and coordinate shift activities to ensure adherence to DC procedures and to support outbound efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
  • •Ensure shift personnel receive proper training, skill development, and assessment per company guidelines.
  • •Support performance management (recruiting/selection participation, performance reviews, corrective actions, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions) and lead fulfillment special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams.
  • •Prior experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Knowledge of WMS is desired; bilingual English/Spanish is desired (not required).
