Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with Foundry and product/test teams to manage and improve product yield and support product development activities, including design validation through release to production.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution to maintain committed schedules across multiple projects during development.
  • •Collaborate with Foundry, Manufacturing, Design, Quality, and Failure Analysis to disposition product excursions.
  • •Manage excursions/cases through a material review board process.
  • •Set priorities and coordinate engineering activities to support yield commitments.

Salary: TWD 1,831,970 - 2,617,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Thorough understanding of device physics and semiconductor processing for advanced technology nodes.
  • •Experience with statistical analysis, yield management, and yield improvement.
  • •Ability to prioritize effectively and move multiple tasks forward simultaneously.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills as an individual contributor.
  • •Preferred BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
