Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and enhance CRA, Fair Lending, and HMDA compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence and support organizational objectives.
  • •Oversee CRA/HMDA/Section 1071 data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting, including data governance and examination readiness.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance and fair lending risks through monitoring, analytics, risk assessments, and corrective action planning.
  • •Support federal and state regulatory examinations, including document preparation, examiner communications, and remediation activities.
  • •Provide subject matter expertise, training, and strategic guidance to management and business-line personnel; support community development and outreach efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience; specialized training in regulatory compliance, legal administration, risk management, or related discipline preferred.
  • •Minimum of five years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory oversight, risk management, lending, or a closely related financial services function.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of CRA, Fair Lending, HMDA, banking regulations, and regulatory compliance practices.
  • •Experience conducting regulatory research, interpreting laws and regulations, identifying risk, and developing practical business recommendations.
  • •Strong analytical skills to manage and evaluate large volumes of data and translate findings into actionable conclusions and plans.
