Job Summary

Build precast concrete products inside the plant in Lebanon, Tennessee as part of a team focused on safe, efficient production and quality standards. Work rotating day shift hours on a 3rd shift role (with 15 free days per month and overtime). De-mold and clean concrete forms and products, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry tasks, and support facility maintenance and housekeeping.
