Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate field activities according to quality, safety, and Baker Hughes procedures.
  • •Ensure correct operation of drilling equipment and verify cabling, connections, sensors, and systems with operational tests.
  • •Execute directional drilling and LWD operations, monitor tool performance, and ensure quality of acquired well data.
  • •Act as the primary technical interface with the client on site and align operational activities with technical requirements.
  • •Prepare operational reports, record drilling monitoring and equipment issues, control inventory, and support equipment/material replenishment planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in directional drilling operations (Directional Drilling).
  • •At least 2 years of field experience involving DD, MWD, or LWD.
  • •Experience with MWD and LWD tools, including Gamma Ray and Resistivity technologies.
  • •Availability to work offshore on a 15x15 schedule.
