Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
  • •Engage, coach, develop, and performance-manage team members; provide clear feedback on expectations and measures.
  • •Prevent and resolve conflict among team members; ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects and lead repairs or rejections in partnership with the Inspection Center General Manager.
