Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and mature the security review program, including secure code review, architecture review, and threat modeling.
  • •Contribute to vulnerability management: intake, triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and support for bug bounty and responsible disclosure.
  • •Advocate for secure-by-design by partnering with engineering and product teams and embedding security early in the development lifecycle.
  • •Validate and reproduce application and infrastructure security findings through scanning, manual testing, and vulnerability validation/penetration testing.
  • •Evaluate and respond to emerging application security threats, including those introduced by agentic product capabilities and AI-assisted engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience designing, building, or securing complex applications and cloud systems.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training/professional experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with security reviews, SDLC practices, secure CI/CD, architecture reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability management (including bug bounty/responsible disclosure).
  • •Programming experience in at least one language, and ability to read and reason about code in Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
  • •Comfort with distributed cloud technology (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform) and understanding how these technologies are secured (e.g., networking, IAM).
