Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships with workers across the market, owning the experience from recruiting through placement and providing timely updates and support.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners to drive the worker pipeline and brand presence.
  • •Oversee worker vetting and onboarding end-to-end, including drug testing and running large group onboarding sessions when needed.
  • •Manage the full worker funnel—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
  • •Coordinate new start interviews and schedules across customer sites and provide PPE distribution and on-site support as needed; maintain proactive reporting to HQ.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination).
  • •Strong recruiting instincts to source, screen, and convert candidates.
  • •Comfort running large group onboarding sessions and presenting in front of workers.
