Job Summary

Own and optimize affiliate growth across Southeast Asia for a crypto and OKX Wallet ecosystem. You’ll develop and manage affiliate campaigns and networks, expand influencer resources in local markets, and design ways to identify new affiliates. Using analytics to evaluate user behavior and acquisition KPIs, you’ll optimize conversion rates and track business development trends to drive trading user growth and revenue.

•Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and improve performance of existing affiliates
•Develop a new affiliate network and expand influencer resources in local Southeast Asia markets

•Optimize the business development strategy and plan actions to ensure conversion rate
•Analyze user habits/behavior and assess trends in business development

Key Requirements

•3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in SEA within the cryptocurrency space
•Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
•Experience using analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
•Understanding affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods using data analysis and segmentation
