Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize collections of overdue AR within an assigned portfolio and monitor delinquency trends to prioritize actions.
  • •Establish and maintain professional customer relationships to maximize collection effectiveness.
  • •Contact assigned strategic customers about outstanding invoices and coordinate to remove roadblocks in the payment process.
  • •Research disputed and non-disputed delinquent balances and recommend escalated collection actions to reduce past-due dollars.
  • •Coordinate with Emerson personnel and sales representative relationships to resolve issues delaying payment, and participate in AR review meetings.
