Job Summary

Drive sales of the Vitamins and Carotenoids portfolio across APAC by managing direct accounts and distributor relationships. Own the distributor management strategy for assigned territories, serve as primary contact for commercial and operational matters (including SolCo), and lead pricing, volume planning, and portfolio discussions. Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, technical, and pricing teams to ensure service reliability, while monitoring performance and delivering forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow sales of the Vitamins and Carotenoids portfolio through assigned accounts and distributors across APAC.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts and distributors, building long-term relationships.
•Develop, implement, and execute the Distributor Management Strategy for assigned APAC territories.
•Lead commercial and technical discussions with accounts and distributors, including pricing, volume planning, and portfolio focus.
•Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, technical, and pricing teams; monitor market dynamics and distributor performance; deliver accurate forecasting and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in ingredients, nutrition, chemicals, or life sciences.
•Proven experience managing larger accounts and/or distributor-based sales models.
•Relevant working experience within the APAC region and in distributor management.
•Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a can-do mentality, hands-on approach, and solution-oriented mindset.
