Key Responsibilities

•Retain and grow Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
•Lead renewal processes by assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
•Coordinate with Brokers for development and delivery of renewal strategies and facilitate relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.
•Lead stewardship planning and delivery and ensure client service teams understand needs and delivery methods within the economic framework of services.
•Ensure overall account profitability through a value-based approach and manage invoicing/receivables to support timely collections.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of risk insurance experience with account management
•Ability to handle large, sophisticated multinational clients
•Experience leading a book of business of at least $3.5M–$5M in annual revenue
•Strong sales skills and client-facing abilities
•Active Property & Casualty license; Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
