Job Summary

Maintain clients’ IT infrastructure as a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2), proactively monitoring, investigating, and resolving incidents and requests within SLAs. Manage work queues and keep tickets updated with actions taken, preventing issues from escalating. Execute risk-aware changes, support incident/request ticket auditing and improvements, and identify opportunities for automation. Handle client escalations professionally and assist with disaster recovery functions and tests while collaborating with L1 engineers and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems.
•Manage work queues and address incidents/requests within agreed SLAs while updating tickets.
•Execute changes with risk awareness and contribute to change management with detailed documentation.
•Audit incident and request tickets for quality, recommend improvements, and identify automation opportunities.
•Handle client escalations and support disaster recovery functions and tests as needed.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles supporting cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Proficiency in planning activities and projects while adapting to changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
