•Evaluate cost savings and/or cost problems on projects, including validating scope and planning EQ/VPP dollar breaks.
•Develop and support sales with preliminary and final submittals; run job-cost consensus meetings and manage submittal release changes.
•Prepare correct equipment for order entry, verify equipment pricing, revise coordination worksheets, and reconcile job costs.
•Provide technical support after order close for equipment installation, startup, warranty service, and controls equipment for customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,400 - 101,150 annually

Key Requirements

•Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Engineering Technology, or related field, plus 2+ years of HVAC experience in project management or estimating (or 5+ years HVAC experience in similar roles).
•Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply.
•Familiarity with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls.
•Responsible for equipment validation and project scope validation by reviewing plans, specs, transition documents, and estimates.
•Flexibility to work outside normal hours and must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple infractions in prior 3 years).
