Personal Banker Associate I

Build and grow customer relationships as a Financial Center Personal Banker using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set review appointments, and cross-sell through outside activities and community events. Partner with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment teams to refer customers and help close consumer loans and bankcards, while meeting production and customer experience goals.
