Job Summary

Lead global income tax provision and compliance activities within the Global Tax Provision and Compliance team. Oversee quarterly and annual ASC 740 provision work, uncertain tax positions under FIN 48 (ASC 740-10), SEC tax reporting (Forms 10-K/10-Q), and tax forecasting/analytics. Partner with tax, finance, accounting, internal audit, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective management of global tax risks across 80+ countries.

Key Responsibilities

•Review quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740, including current/deferred taxes, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions across U.S. and non-U.S. entities.
•Review and analyze monthly legal entity and global cash tax forecasts, identifying key drivers and forecast variances.
•Manage intercompany tax provision and eliminations to ensure accurate consolidated tax reporting.
•Support tax journal entries and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close in coordination with accounting and finance teams.
•Lead FIN 48 analysis, documentation, and reporting; evaluate uncertain tax positions, contingency reserves, interest and penalties, and support audit defense with external auditors and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•CPA strongly preferred.
•Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax experience, including ASC 740, U.S. GAAP income tax accounting, and SEC reporting requirements.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex tax matters to technical and non-technical audiences.
