Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement fleet health enhancement strategies in alignment with business goals and technical advancements.
•Ensure deployment readiness through readiness assessments, site/fleet performance evaluations, and best-practice implementation.
•Lead technical initiatives and diagnostic methodologies to improve vehicle performance, enable predictive maintenance, and support safety/regulatory compliance.
•Analyze fleet performance data and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
•Build and lead the FD&R team, coordinating with diagnostic teams, product engineers, ride-hail operations managers, and third-party vendors.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field (AV experience preferred).
•Experience leading and developing vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong understanding of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure.
•Proven project management with a track record of successful execution.
•Operational experience triaging work orders and managing vehicle flow among partners.
