Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general upkeep of venue property before and after events.
  • •Repair, maintain, and monitor equipment and amenities to keep them in proper working condition.
  • •Paint and repair surfaces, and complete power washing for concrete, asphalt, buildings, and equipment.
  • •Handle grounds maintenance (e.g., light landscaping, weed whacking, blowing) and dispose of waste prior to and after events.
  • •Assist venue management with show/event preparation, deliveries, preventative maintenance support, winterizing/de-winterizing, and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, handyman work, groundskeeping, or a related vocational field.
  • •Basic understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and general laborer duties.
  • •Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely, including following safety protocols for tools, machinery, and ladders.
  • •Comfort with physical demands including pushing/lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing ladders.
  • •Ability to work in extreme temperatures and high noise levels, and work around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, and paint.
