Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with customers to deliver outcomes, adoption, and renewals, proactively collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer experience across the lifecycle.
  • •Provide day-2 support for Cisco products and solutions using technical expertise, AI and automation, and strategic guidance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop specialized expertise in a sector/domain, implement resilience and security by design into deliverables, and serve as a focal point for proactive problem resolution.
  • •Lead strategy and optimization of Cisco services and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
  • •Develop and deliver technical content and guidance, create customer-facing documentation aligned with CX standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for end-to-end success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • •5+ years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of routing and switching protocols including IGP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS, STP/RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, VDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, and VXLAN-EVPN.
  • •Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience with Cisco routing and switching platforms (e.g., ISR 1800/1900/2900/3900/4000, ASR 1000, Catalyst 9k, Nexus 9k/7k).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical strategy and architecture discussions with engineers, executives, and customers.
