Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive end-to-end delivery for cross-functional technical programs and initiatives.
  • •Establish program milestones, track progress against commitments, and proactively surface risks to stakeholders.
  • •Map and manage cross-team dependencies and translate technical details into stakeholder-friendly updates.
  • •Partner with two Scrum teams to lead delivery, ensuring effective team and scaled agile ceremonies.
  • •Identify and remove blockers, escalate systemic impediments, and support decomposition of initiatives into deliverable increments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, IT, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
  • •2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
  • •Technical capability to engage credibly with engineering teams.
  • •Strong program management skills, including defining milestones, tracking progress, and managing dependencies.
  • •Solid understanding of modern software delivery practices and Agile principles.
