Job Summary

Lead operations and project delivery for the power and energy business across a defined region, partnering with business line leadership to drive P&L outcomes including revenue generation, margin, EBITDA, DSO, quality, and safety. Own operational reporting and project consistency, collaborate with Strategic Growth, HR, Finance, and Project Accounting, and support training/mentoring, staffing goals, budgeting, cash flow, and risk/recovery planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Support successful delivery of projects and operational execution for the identified power & energy business area under the Business Operations Director.
•Partner with business line leadership on operational aspects including P&L support (revenue generation, project margin, EBITDA, DSO) and staff utilization, quality, and safety.
•Coordinate with local leaders, Strategic Growth, HR partners, Finance, and Project Accounting; support project operations consistency and reporting.
•Deliver training and mentoring for project managers and staff; support hiring/attrition goals and monitor billability/billable hour targets.
•Monitor budgets and cash flow initiatives; assist with corrective actions, recovery plans, readiness/reviews, and escalation of project risks/opportunities.

Salary: USD 153,400 - 232,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of relevant experience.
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Business, or equivalent discipline.
•Prior experience as a major project manager or related role focused on project delivery issues and requirements.
•Strong understanding of project financials, team dynamics, client relationships, staffing/resource requirements, and performance expectations.
•Proactive problem-solving with open, candid communication and leadership that demonstrates commitment, reliability, and accountability.
