Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and update the department’s annual operating plan including KPIs, projects, initiatives, and budget estimates, and monitor implementation and periodic reporting.
  • •Develop and implement HR planning policies, methodologies, and procedures aligned with Dubai government regulations and accepted best practices.
  • •Lead analysis and forecasting of the organization’s workforce needs (short and long term) with units, ensuring alignment with operating and strategic plans.
  • •Oversee job structure updates, job classification guide updates, job descriptions, and behavioral competency matrices, and supervise succession planning and career paths.
  • •Oversee HR budgeting for approved jobs and update/maintain job vacancies accurately in the HR database in coordination with recruitment, and ensure periodic HR reports are accurate and complete.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • •7+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • •Ability to lead planning and execution for high-impact programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to develop and apply HR planning policies, methodologies, and procedures aligned with Dubai government regulations and best practices.
  • •Ability to manage workforce planning, job classification systems, succession/career planning, and HR productivity measurement tools.
