Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver tailored HR solutions for assigned divisions through business partnering with divisional leaders and HR colleagues.
  • •Lead operating framework governance for the HR Business Partner Department, including guidance, process implementation and review, and performance improvement.
  • •Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management, including restructuring, talent redeployment, and cross-unit moves in partnership with CoEs.
  • •Manage HR program execution across onboarding, employee relations, compensation decisions, recruitment offer exceptions, and compensation review processes.
  • •Develop a continuous talent pipeline for key roles, mentor high-potential talent, and ensure KPI achievement and employee engagement through ongoing feedback and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Prepare and manage the annual HR Business Partner Department budget and track expenditure to ensure adherence.
  • •Develop and implement the HRBP operating plan aligned with HR divisional strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • •Lead organizational design and workforce planning to identify talent needs in partnership with CoEs.
  • •Oversee localization of HR initiatives and ensure consistent application of HR policies across divisions, handling exceptions and escalations appropriately.
  • •Monitor and enable achievement of goals and KPIs for direct reports, ensuring effective performance management and a high-performance team.
