Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall project cost control, schedule management and quality assurance for projects from the design phase through project closeout.
  • •Oversee estimating, scheduling and cost control; maintain project records and produce reports; manage RFI tracking, contract document control, forecast scheduling and costs, and change order review.
  • •Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, inspectors, and project staff; provide leadership and mentorship as needed.
  • •Ensure proper project authorization and funding; prepare cash flow projections and monitor financial performance.
  • •Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory approvals; pursue timely punch list completion and project closeout.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Public sector experience in Oregon (city, county, or government facilities), preferably supporting criminal justice or public safety facilities within the last 5 years with positive client references.
  • •Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and build long-standing client relationships with strong references.
  • •Expertise in ORS and OAR compliance and Oregon public procurement practices, including ability to train others.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex capital projects through full lifecycle (planning, design, construction, closeout).
  • •Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, change management, and financial oversight (cash flow, forecasting, reporting).
