Job Summary

Lead complex delivery projects in Health & Public Services with specific experience in Local Public Administration. •Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
•Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage delivery schedules, and monitor performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
•Oversee a team of project managers and delivery staff, providing guidance, mentorship, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 39,180 - 65,500

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
•5–7 years of experience in project management and delivery management with a strong technical background, managing complex delivery projects for PAL – Local Public Administration.
•Proven experience managing system integration projects.
•Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Trello.
•Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
