Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first- and second-level technical support for time management systems via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • •Configure and administer time management system modules, including workflows, application settings, and business rules.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between time management systems and downstream applications; coordinate resolution with internal teams and external partners.
  • •Support testing for system changes, bug fixes, and releases, including preparing, executing, and validating test cases.
  • •Train users on system features and updates; create and maintain FAQs, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proven experience as a Time Management Specialist/Inhouse Tech Consultant or similar, with hands-on configuration and administration of time management systems.
  • •In-depth knowledge of HR IT and time management system architectures, functionality, and integration capabilities.
  • •Strong SQL proficiency, including report writing and calculated fields.
  • •Excellent English communication and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; German is a plus.
