Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive excellence across core investment operations, including client onboarding, system set-ups, front office support, rebalancing support/model execution, and intermediary oversight across clients, accounts, and funds.
  • •Oversee the follow-the-sun operating model and drive best practices and standards across regions through global functional reporting lines.
  • •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to assess current state and design future-state operating models, processes, and capabilities to support evolving business needs.
  • •Leverage modern technology and AI to execute the strategic roadmap and strengthen the first line of defense through continuous improvement and robust policy/procedure documentation.
  • •Lead vendor relationships with brokers, prime brokers, technology platforms, custodians, transfer agents, and fund accountants; develop and monitor KPIs and lead talent management to build and retain teams.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 20 years of experience in the investment management industry, with a demonstrated track record leading operational functions at a mid-to-large investment manager.
  • •Bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred.
  • •Detailed understanding of investment management across multiple asset classes and investment/financial technology systems in large-scale asset management or servicing.
  • •Experience managing and developing onshore and offshore teams, including recruiting, developing, and retaining staff.
  • •Strong negotiation and vendor management experience, with the ability to influence across networks and lead transformation efforts.
