Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, organize, and maintain ICAM Program Management Office materials and artifacts.
  • •Coordinate and maintain program documentation, including agendas, notes, action items, trackers, logs, and briefing/planning materials.
  • •Ensure consistent documentation standards and keep program leadership aware of goals, timelines, and operational priorities.
  • •Track CDRLs/contract deliverable artifacts and ensure all program deliverables and artifacts are finalized and stored in the appropriate locations.
  • •Support program onboarding/offboarding, monthly status report and quarterly program review inputs, and track required Government training compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; 4 additional years of experience may substitute in lieu of degree.
  • •Active Secret security clearance; must currently possess and be able to obtain Secret.
  • •5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis.
  • •Experience supporting programs in complex DoW or technical environments and ability to consolidate content into clear, consistent documentation.
  • •Experience collaborating with project-tracking tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or Microsoft Teams, with strong organization, analytical, communication, and attention to documentation accuracy.
