Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement the Nordic & Baltic Reinsurance analytics strategy aligned with Aon’s business objectives
  • •Support lead teams across multiple areas of expertise including Cat and Actuarial
  • •Drive revenue growth through data innovation, predictive modelling, and actionable insights
  • •Build and lead strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and deliver tailored analytics solutions
  • •Collaborate with business leaders across solution lines to integrate analytics into core offerings and mentor members of the analytics function

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, actuarial or cat modelling within the insurance sector
  • •Track record of delivering impactful results with analytical teams
  • •Expertise in predictive modelling and advanced analytics platforms
  • •Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
